Grandmaster Stanley Ngui and The Academy for Chi-Kung Studies are pleased to partner with Dr. Effie Chow and East West Academy of Healing Arts to host the 14th World Congress on Qigong and TCM 2012. The World Congress on Qigong and TCM is the leading educational event in international Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine attracting attendance from the worldwide natural health communities, including Qigong, Tai Chi, acupuncturists, herbalists, martial artists, physicians, clinical researchers, as well as other healthcare professionals. The 14WCQ aims to advance the education of Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine, support the development of clinical research, and facilitate the delivery of high-quality healthcare worldwide.

Congress Theme: The Root To Wellness!
The congress will focus on the strengths of the individual and the group. We acknowledge and endorse the fact that different modalities of health and wellness are effective amongst different individuals. In fact, we are promoting it as the theme of this year's congress!

How is this event possible?
Under the guidance of Sigong Stanley Ngui, The Academy for Chi-Kung Studies lead by Sifu Justin Ngui, his students and fellow instructors form the Executive Council (Peggy Tso, Steven Morana, Toby Hindel, Alex Ngui, Samantha Adams, David Morana, Cathrine Page, Gae Teixiera, Donna Lai-Fatt, Andrea Ngui). The council is a volunteer organization held together by a dedication to Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Together with volunteers from the community, fellow practitioners, students, doctors, teachers and enthusiasts the congress has come together after 2 years of planning and fund-raising.
